I went to the University of Minnesota after graduation and got a teaching job in Owatonna, MN. I decided that I wanted to move to administration and went to the University of Wisconsin, Madison for my MA. I got my first job as an elementary principal in Michigan and after four years moved to Beloit, WI for a new job. I met Frank here, so I stayed put. I was able to retire from the school system in 2009. Until COVID hit, I worked part-time supervising student teachers and mentoring other principals. I also help in Frank's chiropractic office until he retired in 2019. We now spend time traveling - mostly locally now - reading, watching old movies, etc. Love the retired life!

I confess I'm a professional student. Graduating from Florida State University, my first job was teaching elderly blind people personal mangagement skills. I moved on to working on a grant aculturizing Hatian refugees, then teaching adults to work in to child care. I then became a Respiratory Therapist, then received my Educational Specialist in Educational Media. I have slowed down, left the school system and joined my husband, with buying and rehabing houses. More importantly, I've returned to my first love of art, and am taking classes in photography, printing, and painting and am enjoying exploring my creative side.

I worked most of my life as an embedded systems software developer with a mix of hardware and software at times. These days I'm in more of a systems engineering role at Motorola in Schaumburg, IL. I got a BSEE from Illinios Institute of Technology. I've been married for over 25 years, and I got three kids (2 boys and one girl). I'm looking forward to the 2010 OPRF renuion. |

BS,MA, Northwestern U. Then married, divorced after 18 years. Remarried 6 yrs ago, great guy (see pic).. I have four wonderful adult sons, and (yikes) inherited eight stepchildren + 5 grandkids. I am retired from the fitness industry: a group exercise place, kids' fitness business, spinning center, and personal training company that I started + built up over 30 years on Chicago's North Shore. My time now is spent with family, friends, travel, volunteer work and fundraising. My favorite work is with a Hispanic population where I set up exercise and nutrition programs. Very rewarding. Can't wait to see everyone and reminisce!

After resigning my rockstar status (to wit) I received my degree in finance from Loyola Univ. and entered the banking industry. Met my current partner Joe in 1982. We've lived in various suburbs of Chicago, Atlanta GA, Charlotte NC and now near Tampa Fl. Joe and I have a small etailing business that keeps us quite busy. I'm looking forward to this reunion. It will the first one I've attended. |

Holy Crap!!!! How can we be this old????Well it's official. My vertical has been measured as a negative number. After OPRF went off to Xavier and played in the now infamous game depicted in the movie "We Are Marshall". After XU, came back to Dooperville to attend Loyola dental school to get my DDS degree, get my teeth fixed, and meet and marry my favorite hygienist. How about those teeth; they're real and they're spectacular. After Dental school, we moved to south Florida and have been there ever since. Chris and I became grandparents recently. When some tells you how great it is: it's a thousand times better. Life is good. |
