Married for 49.5 years and doing same job for the last 34 years. I am an evening selfcheck cashier at a Jewel in Glendale Heights and also a partime secretary for the last 25 years at Glenbard North HS. Pretty crazy, but I keep my brain active and home every day at noon to do something with my husband at our local Senior Center. Class of "70" and 70 years old...what a trip it's been and happy to still be active. Living in the same house in Hanover Park for 45 years and the grandkids total 13. All 5 of my kids live pretty near to me and that's a blessing! Very thankful for my years at OPRF as I compare them to what highschool is now. I spent a couple of years in the 4th Infantry Division. The draft lottery - the only lottery I have ever won! I have an Associates degree in Marketing from Triton. I have been a carpenter my whole life. As a kid I built forts and go-carts - now I build buildings and hot rods. Go figure.My passion still is old cars. We have restored/orginal 57 and 59 Chevys and 2 fast hot rods; a 30 and a 56 Chevy. I have been married to Roxanna Elkins (OPRF '75) for 18 fabulous years. We have been in 49 of the 50 states. We have done Habitat for Humanity builds in Central and South America. I have seen Machupichu !! I have loss most of my hearing - but I still have my hair ! |

Frank and I have settled into life as retirees, having left the full time work world 12 years ago. We now live in Florida most of the time and near South Haven, Michigan in the summers. Our children (2) have moved to Scottsdale, AZ and Los Angeles, so we spend a lot of time traveling. Our grandchildren are 7 and 10 and, of course, a great delight! I still keep my hand in investment management and I serve on the Board of a small insurance company in Chicago. Mostly, though, I'm playing tennis, swimming or at the gym or I have my head in a book. Life is good and I count my blessings every day!

Married Roxanne Elkins (OPRF class of '75) in 1992. Have some old Chevys that I play on and drive. We have traveled quite a bit, 49 states and 6 continents. We have done a dozen HFH builds, 3 in USA and the rest around the world. Retired and moved to Wisconsin 3 years ago. We play alot of pickleball. |

I went to the University of Minnesota after graduation and got a teaching job in Owatonna, MN. I decided that I wanted to move to administration and went to the University of Wisconsin, Madison for my MA. I got my first job as an elementary principal in Michigan and after four years moved to Beloit, WI for a new job. I met Frank here, so I stayed put. I was able to retire from the school system in 2009. Until COVID hit, I worked part-time supervising student teachers and mentoring other principals. I also help in Frank's chiropractic office until he retired in 2019. We now spend time traveling - mostly locally now - reading, watching old movies, etc. Love the retired life!
